Custodian of club records and correspondence, processing membership applications and keeping the club's institutional memory.
Financial Secretary

Collects and keeps accurate records of all dues, levies and donations made to the club.

The club's link with the media — publicising programmes, lectures and events that boost the club's image.
Elective Offices of the Club
Per Article IV of the constitution, the officers of the club constitute the Executive Committee, which takes charge of all affairs of the club between meetings.
